These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the legal relationship between Zibrock LTD and the user of this platform, as well as the purchase and use of any products and services offered under the Zibrock brand.

01.General Rules And Definitions

1.1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between Zibrock LTD (the "Company", "Us" or "Platform") and the individual using this platform (the "Trader" or "You"), as well as any products, accounts, plans, features, evaluation programs, content and services offered under the Zibrock brand (collectively, the "Services"). regulates their purchase and use. 1.2. The Services do not in any way constitute investment services, portfolio management, brokerage, execution of real orders, financial intermediation or other regulated activities. 1. 5. Basic definitions: Prop Trading — trading with the company's capital Challenge — a simulation stage conducted to determine the trader's skills Funded Account — capital account number given to successful traders Drawdown (Max. Loss Limit) — the maximum amount of loss allowed from the balance of the account Profit Split (Profit Split) — the percentage of profit divided between the trader and the Company Simulation Environment — All trades are made through demo accounts, real money is not involved KYC — Know Your Customer process Reward/Payout — Profit share paid to the trader 1.6. By accepting these terms, the user accepts the following:
  • they participate in the programs on the website and use the Services at their own initiative, risk and responsibility;
  • they have independently assessed the suitability of the services to their profile, experience and goals;
  • No past results, historical performance, demonstrations or examples provided by the Provider are guarantees of future results.

02.Terms of Service

2.1. Registration Requirements In order to register on the platform and use the services, the following conditions must be met: A trader must not be under 18 years of age Complete and accurate personal information must be provided Successfully complete the KYC (Know Your Client) process Must not be on the sanctions list Also if the minimum age for using sites and services in the jurisdiction, region or location in which you live is above 18, you are that age you confirm that you meet the requirement. If you are under the minimum age in your jurisdiction, you are prohibited from using these Sites and Services, regardless of whether your parent or guardian has given consent. You warrant that you have no felony convictions, and that you have no outstanding debts to any other trading firm (prop company). If you have a criminal record, if you have been punished by the above organizations or if you have debts from trading firms, you are not entitled to use the services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. If these Terms or the use of the Services is prohibited or contrary to applicable law, the right to use the Sites is terminated. The Services are intended for your personal use only and may not be used for the benefit of third parties. If you live in a jurisdiction that restricts the formation of agreements similar to these Terms of Use, you may not enter into this agreement and may not use the Zibrock Products. In addition, use is not permitted if the law prohibits participation in the activities offered by Zibrock. By using the Zibrock Products, you confirm that you have personally verified that these services are permitted in your area. We do not warrant that materials are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users of the right to access do so at their own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to limit our services to a particular person, geographic area or jurisdiction. 2.2. Creating an Account When registering, you must: Enter correct and complete personal information You must only use payment methods that correspond to your name Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited Allowing a third party to access your account 3. EVALUATION PROCESS (CHALLENGE STAGE) 3.1. The CFDs Challenge is an assessment program conducted in a simulated trading environment designed to assess trading discipline, risk management and regulatory compliance. Any simulated profit generated in the Challenge account has no financial value and does not constitute real funds, assets or rights, unless and until expressly converted into a Performance Reward in accordance with the applicable program rules and General Terms and Conditions. 3.2. Types of Assessments Zibrock offers the following basic assessment models:

  • Two Step – Regular evaluation 3.3. If there are several phases in the evaluation model (for example, Phase 1 / Phase 2), each phase is evaluated separately based on the relevant parameters. 3.4. In each model, certain parameters (profit targets, loss limits, minimum trading days and any additional conditions) are disclosed in the client's control panel during the purchase and after the purchase is completed. These parameters are part of the challenge conditions. 3.2. Valuation Goals and Limits The following rules apply to all valuation stages: Maximum daily loss: 5% of the previous day's final balance or capital Total maximum loss (drawdown): 10% of the initial balance Profit target: 8 percent of the initial balance in the first stage, 5 percent in the second stage. Minimum trading days: The evaluation phase has a minimum trading day of 5 days for each phase. In funded accounts, the minimum useful day is 3 days. For each day to be considered a "profitable day", the current day must close with a profit of at least 0.5 percent of the balance. Time limit: There is no time limit for the evaluation phase in Zibrock programs. 3.3. Evaluation Fees Evaluation fees are non-refundable, but are refundable in the following cases: After successfully completing the evaluation, achieving a 5% return on the funded account, it will be refunded along with the payment In the event of a technical failure on the part of the platform. 4. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND PAYMENTS. 4.1. In order to use the necessary services, the user must choose the account that is suitable for him and make a payment at the price indicated on the site. 4.2. The User may use the payment methods available at the time of payment on the website or platform (eg credit/debit card and/or other methods) to pay fees. By proceeding with payment, the user: (a) authorizes the Provider or Payment Processor to accept payment from the account using the selected payment method; (b) confirms that he is the legal owner of the used payment method or has the appropriate authorization to use it; 4.3. Payment is considered paid when the relevant amount is successfully transferred to the Provider or Payment Processor. After the payment is confirmed, the Provider provides the User with login information and access to the purchased product within a certain time, unless additional confirmation is required. 4.4. Fees are considered only as payment for access to the Services. D shall not count as deposits, customer money, secured funds, margin, investment capital, custodial assets or funds held by the Provider on behalf of the User for trading or investment purposes. 4.5. If the User chooses a different payment currency than the base currency of the displayed price, the conversion may be performed by the Provider/Payment Processor, which is based on market exchange rates and/or the rates used by the recipients/payment service providers at the time of the transaction, or by the User's bank or payment provider in accordance with its own rules. 4.1. Obtaining a Funding Account After successful evaluation, the Company will issue a funding account to the trader. All trades are conducted in a simulated environment, no real money is involved. 4.2.Risk Management Rules The following risk rules are strictly applied in the funding account: Increasing the maximum daily loss limit leads to automatic account closure Total drawdown should not exceed 10% (12% in some programs) It is necessary to comply with the risk rules set for each position Trading is prohibited 5 minutes before and after the publication of high-impact news (for funded accounts) 30% stability rule (30% Stablity Metric) Company applies the "Rule of Stability" to assess the stability of traders' trading strategies and ability to manage risk. This rule applies to the process of withdrawal of profit from the account (payout): Content of the rule: In this case, the daily profit should not be more than 30% of the total profit. Calculation procedure: If more than 30% of the total accumulated profit is earned in one day, this profit is considered "excess profit". Result: The trader continues to trade until the stability result drops below 30 percent. The purpose of this rule is to encourage making a profit through systematic and consistent trading, rather than through random luck or excessive risk (gambling). Validity: This rule applies to funded accounts. 4.3. Permitted Trading Strategies Manual trading (Manual trading) — allowed Automatic trading systems (EA) — only if developed personally and with the permission of the company Scalping — allowed with reasonable frequency Swing trading — allowed 4.4. Prohibited Sales Practices The following practices are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of payments, and lifetime ban from the platform. Regardless of whether the violation is intentional or unintentional, the consequences are the same: Service will be suspended if the following situations are detected: Arbitrage trading: Exploiting price differences or technical errors in the system. HFT (High Frequency Trading): Trades where most trades last a few seconds or less. 70% Single Trade/Direction Rule.
  • One trade or trades in one direction cannot give more than 70% of the TOTAL profit target. Prevents passing the entire phase with one trade. News Bracketing: Placing pending orders on both sides of the price during important news. Hard breach Exploitation of system bugs: Intentional or unintentional exploitation of system bugs. Copy Trading: Coordinating or copying trades with other traders or accounts. Trade Size Outlier Detection – Sharp increase in lot size. For example, a Trader makes more than 90% of trades at 0.1 l, but in 1 trade he opened a deal with a volume of 3 lots. It's not a strategy, it's just a gamble. One-sided bets. Rollover Scalping: Robots (EAs) that use price changes at midnight (during rollover). Third Party Robots: Using ready-made robots that other traders are using and open the same trades. Robots without code: Using an EA that does not have the trader's source code. Use of EA without company authorization will result in account termination. Tick ​​Scalping: Scalping using the smallest price movements (ticks). Hedge/Reverse Arbitrage: Arbitrage through opposite accounts. Account sharing: Selling or sharing an account with other persons. Artificial Intelligence and Mass Data: Using ultra-fast software or artificial intelligence that manipulates the market or gives the user an unfair advantage. Non-market trading: Activities that are contrary to the rules of the actual market or that may cause financial harm to the company. Sanctions circumvention: Bypassing geographic or technical restrictions. Trading on behalf of others: Managing the funds of others or participating in trading arrangements. 03.Profit Share And Payment Rules

5.1. Payment Terms First payment: 14 days after account activation (1st stage: 5 days) Subsequent payments: Once every 14 days (once every 5 days — in some models) Payment processing time: 24-72 hours 5.2. Payment Methods and Minimum Amounts Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, USDC ERC20) — minimum: $20 Bank transfer — minimum: $150 (3% commission) Crypto — minimum: $50 (2% commission) Important: The payment method must be in the Trader's own name. Using a card in another person's name will result in account blocking. 5.3. KYC Requirement All traders are required to successfully complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before making the first payment. Required documents for KYC: Passport or ID card (official government document) Selfie 5.4 . Inactivity Policy Accounts that have not traded for 30 days or more will be automatically deleted. Traders are advised to trade at least once a month to stay active.

04.Technology And Platforms

7.1. Trading Platforms MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Matchtrader 7.2. Trading Tools Forex currency pairs (40+ pairs) Metals: Gold (XAUUSD), Silver (XAGUSD) Oil and commodity market Indices: S&P 500, NASDAQ, DAX, etc. Cryptocurrencies 7.3. IP Address, Device and Network Policy Zibrock requires all traders to strictly adhere to the following device, network and IP address policies. These rules are in place to ensure the security of your account, prevent fraud and maintain a fair trading environment. 7.3.1. Device Requirements All trades must be made only from the trader's personal device Sharing a device with family members, friends or colleagues is strictly prohibited Access from multiple devices (phone, computer, tablet) is allowed — if the devices belong only to the trader Accessing the account from another trader's device will result in immediate account blocking 7.3.2. IP Address Rules It is strictly forbidden to trade from two different IP addresses at the same time - this is a sign of account sharing or unauthorized access. Access from different devices is allowed from the same location (home, office). If the IP address changes due to travel or relocation, the trader must send a written message to support@ zibrock.com within 48 hours. 7.3.3. Prohibited Areas and Country Restrictions It is strictly forbidden to connect via IP address from the following areas: Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and other areas on the sanction list, even via VPN, connection from the IP address of the banned country is prohibited. VPN Usage Rules Paid VPN services (with dedicated IP) are allowed Use of free VPN services is not recommended — sharing one IP address with many users poses a security risk and may lead to account blocking Frequently changing VPN server (to different countries) raises suspicion and causes security checks It is recommended to choose the same country and IP address each time connecting Tor browser and anonymous proxy services are strictly prohibited 7.3.5. VPS (Virtual Private Server) Rules The use of VPS services with a private, dedicated IP address is allowed Shared VPS (together with other users) is strictly prohibited — manual trading via VPS contrary to a fair trading environment is prohibited — VPS can only be used for automatic EA (Expert Advisor) systems Use of VPS services subsidized (sponsored) by a broker is prohibited Providing account management services or group trading via VPS is strictly prohibited VPS IP address must not be from a restricted area 7.3.6. Violation and Penalty Procedure In case of violation of IP and network rules, actions will be taken in the following order: Account closure : If the violation is proven to be intentional or malicious, the account will be permanently closed. All incomplete payments will be cancelled. A trader can also be banned from the platform for life.

05.Liability and Limitations

8.1. Company Liability Zibrock shall not be liable in the following cases: Damages caused by market changes Internet interruptions and technical problems Delayed information or pricing errors Problems caused by third party payment systems Force Majeure (unforeseen and uncontrollable events) 8.3. 06.Privacy And Data Protection

9.1. Information Collection The Company collects the following information in order to provide services: Personal information: first name, last name, date of birth, address Contact information: email, phone number Payment information (stored according to PCI DSS standards) Sales activity and statistics IP addresses and device information 9.2. Use of Information Improve service quality and personalization Fraud detection and prevention as required by legal regulatory authorities Sale or transfer to third parties is prohibited 9.3. Data Security The company uses bank-grade encryption technologies. All data is transmitted via SSL/TLS protocols and stored with AES-256 encryption.

07.Account Suspension and Cancellation

10.1. Automatic Suspension Cases The account will be automatically suspended in the following cases: Increasing the daily loss limit Increasing the total drawdown limit Engaging in prohibited trading practices Failure to complete the KYC process within 30 days Inactivity for 30 days 10.2. Suspension by the Company The Company reserves the right to unilaterally suspend the account in the following cases: When the terms are violated When fraud or manipulation is detected In cases of attempts to harm the Company based on legal requirements 10.3. Cancellation by the Trader The Trader may request account cancellation at any time. Payments are not made when the account is closed by the trader.

08.Dispute Resolution

11.1. Complaint Procedure In the event of a dispute, the following procedure will be followed: First, send a written complaint to support@zibrock. CANCELLATION OF THE AGREEMENT 12.1. Cancellation for good reason. We reserve the right to terminate any relationship between You and Us or to immediately limit or block Your right to use the Services. This may be based on (but not limited to) the following reasons:  Offenses and Crime: If there are reasonable suspicions, confirmed media reports or market rumors that you have violated the criminal, administrative or tax laws of any country (fraud, terrorist financing, money laundering, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) or high-risk business types that harm customers).  Official Investigations: If you are subject to, or are threatened with, an investigation into a criminal, financial or tax violation by competent authorities (prosecution, financial regulatory or tax authorities).  Legal requirements: To comply with applicable laws (especially anti-money laundering — AML), domestic regulations, court orders or international sanctions programs.  Breach of Terms: If you breach this Agreement or the terms of the Third Party Services and you fail to remedy the breach within 10 business days after We send you notice.  Payment Disputes: We have the right to stop providing you with services and refuse to provide future services if you file an unfounded complaint about a fee or attempt to get a chargeback through a bank.  Commercial and Defamatory Purposes: If you use your account for commercial or marketing purposes (such as selling services by teaching others how to pass the evaluation stage), post defamatory or harmful content about the Company, including unauthorized publication of correspondence with the Company.  Conflict of interest: You are associated with a competing company or there are grounds to suspect a conflict of interest.

09.Modification of Terms and Termination of Agreement

13.1. Right to Update Zibrock reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Traders will be notified of changes by e-mail or on their official pages in social networks, as well as through the website. They will be announced on the main page of the platform. Continued Consent Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. NOTE: THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE NOT AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AN INVESTMENT SERVICE. ZIBROCK DOES NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH GUIDELINES OR INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TRANSACTIONS TO CONDUCT.
